Transaction Services - Assistant Manager

Ambition is working closely with a leading professional advisory firm in London that specialises in low-mid market transactions all sector agnostic. Having just been PE backed this client have built long and existing relationships with all their clients in the market which allows them to provide a quality service. As they are growing quickly within their market and team they are in need of an Assistant Manager to join their growing team. This role comes with a competitive base salary and a lucrative bonus.

As with any job there is a few requirements to ensure you succeed from the moment you find the right company:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified (Preferred)
• The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years' worth of experience in Transaction Services
• Demonstrated experience through a list of completed assignments
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Lead a team to complete analysis and draft a report.
• Transactions will be across a wide variety of business sectors and will include vendor, pre-acquisition and pre-investment due diligence, vendor assist, pre-lend reviews, and in due course Reporting Accountant roles on IPOs.
• Liaise with clients
• Take project responsibility for individual due diligence and report back to the manager/director/partner
