Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and design practical, results-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Optimize and streamline the end-to-end hiring process for diverse roles to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract top talent and oversee external recruitment vendors to ensure service quality.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent attraction efforts.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the execution of ad hoc recruitment projects as required.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews and utilizing effective sourcing methods to secure talent.
  • Prior exposure to direct sourcing and managing high-volume recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Adaptable and resilient in managing change and overcoming challenges.
  • Strong ownership mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
