Job Descriptions

• Handle retail banking bulk hiring
• Act as a business partner with line mangers to identify manpower needs
• Develop feasible and effective recruitment strategies
• Review and streamline end to end recruitment process and manage external vendors
• Assist in developing ad hoc recruitment projects

Qualification and Experience

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years experience in high volume of recruitment
• Banking/financial service background is desired
• Strong communication skills
• Immediately available is ideal but not a must

• 25-38k/month + 10% completion bonus
