Our client is a leading FMCG brand in the globe. They are now looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager to obtain and maintain long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build effective relationships with key accounts to achieve the company's goals
• Develop a strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives
• Responsible to monitor and analyze the market insight to maximize the market share
• Obtain a complete comprehension of key accounts' needs and requirements
• Collaborate with the trade marketing team to drive sales within key accounts

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree holder with 3+ years of working experience in the FMCG industry
• Experienced in key account management and customer relationship management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Result-driven approach, self-motivated, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player with strong communication skills
