Assistant IT Manager, MS Dynamics (Luxury, 50K)

Job description

My client, a well renowned Global Luxury Jewellery Brand / French Fashion Group. They are now actively looking for candidates with strong exposures in Microsoft Dynamics AX and 365 F&O candidates.

For the Jewellery Brand, ideally they are looking for a candidate with strong exposures in L1 & L2 infrastructure / service operation and sound product knowledge in MS Dynamics AX - Finance & Operation modules.

Assistant IT Manager, Microsoft Dynamics AX (50K)

Job Duties:

  • Design and implementation of software interfaces

  • Management of the connection of existing stores on the new system

  • Design and implementation of additional reports and queries

  • Data cleansing and data migration (design, implement, run)

  • User support during user acceptance test

  • Active role in risks assessment and cut over organization and go live

  • Post-go-live support and enhancement

  • In coordination with the Group, define and implement an IT security policy

  • Ensure company data and information is well protected from IT perspective

  • Data privacy regulation enforcement

  • Running regular checks on network and data security

  • When requested, develop and implement disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan

  • Develop long term strategy for the Brand

  • Develop, propose and budget an annual plan regarding the evolution of systems and infrastructure (project, updates, upgrades, migrations)

  • Identify IT opportunities for value creation

  • Manage vendors and quotations

  • Creating and updating IT policies and procedures based on industry best practices

  • Managing IT budgets and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within time and budget constraints

  • Develop and implement a ticketing system and process users' request with the support of the Group

  • Provide staff training for IT related topics when needed

  • Analyse tickets, identify problems and provide solution

  • Reviewing reports from the system regularly to ensure that they are functioning properly

  • Providing technical support to end users regarding the use of computer applications or hardware products

Job requirement:

  • Degree Holder in Information System / Computer Science or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in sizable company, experience in retail industry is highly preferred

  • Knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics F&O (AX)

  • Sound knowledge in IT Infrastructure; with strong Project Management experience

  • In depth knowledge of technologies covering the IT, MIS, corporate network, system infrastructure technologies and information security.

For the French Fashion Group, they are actively looking for a Senior Business Analyst Assistant Project Manager with main focus in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation - ERP system rollout & Implementation

Senior Business Analyst / Assistant Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365) - 45K

Key Duties

  • Oversees the on-going optimization of the current systems integration for all functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Intranet, BI, etc.)
  • Develop metrics, analytics and dashboards for performance tracking and weekly reports
  • Promote user adoption on current projects and facilitate solution ownership
  • Gather, validate and document business requirements

New Project and Initiatives

  • Act as the lead for reinforcing the execution of the finance and accounting projects, e.g. ERP Dynamics 365, invoice approval systems, consolidation, and integration with other systems
  • Define roadmap for Finance and accounting domain applications and solution
  • Manage budget and prioritize funds based on departmental goals
  • Manage external specialists
  • Be the subject matter expert of financial domain to provide and manage application support to the business operation
    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure all initial and ongoing inputs are incorporated into project, budget is on track, and timeline & key milestones are set
    • Be the go-to contact for any new requests and possible solutions
    • Ensure projects are in line with appropriate governance, controls and practices
    • Leverage existing solutions or propose new technologies / innovative solutions that could benefit business operations such as API, RPA, AI or other technologies
    • Engage employees to identify challenges, propose best-suited solutions and establish a transformation roadmap
