Assistant HR Manager | All round | Retail

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) administration and ensure competitive packages aligned with market standards.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to Hong Kong labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to process improvements.


Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of all-round HR experience in fast-paced industries.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for luxury retail, beauty, and cosmetics preferred.
