Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) administration and ensure competitive packages aligned with market standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to Hong Kong labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of all-round HR experience in fast-paced industries.
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for luxury retail, beauty, and cosmetics preferred.
