Assistant Finance Manager/ Senior Accountant

The Company

Our client is a prestigious luxury good holding company with a diverse jewellery, watches and fashion portfolio. They have more than 35,000 staff over the world. They are hiring a Assistant Finance Manager to support financial reporting and controlling. This position needs to ensure financial operations are comply to the Group and Company policies and procedures. The direct report line is the financial reporting manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial closing and ensure compliance with IFRS & Group guidelines
• Liaise with support functions on the appropriate accounting treatment
• Handle fixed asset accounting, create and maintain related CAPEX reporting
• Handle inventory management accounting and in transit accruals
• Responsible for external and interna group reporting & management reporting
• Handle full set of accounts, include AP monitoring and provide variance analysis
• Support in statutory audit & tax compilation
• Prepare annual financial statements
• Participate in process improvement projects and ad-hoc Finance projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, accounting or relevant discipline
• Good communication skill and able to managing multiple reporting units
• Responsible, independent, proactive and able to under pressure with tight deadlines
• CPA qualification and strong audit experience is a plus
• Experienced in SAP ERP platform is a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Senior Accountant
