Digital content specialist, up to 20k (HTML5, Java script)

My client is a top tier bank in HK and they are now looking for an Assistant Digital Content Manager to join their team.

Job Duties

• Develop and deploy web content in a timely and accurate manner with proper execution of control and release procedures
• Coordinate with business users and IT development team to ensure dynamic update & releases on Bank's websites and mobile applications
• Serve as the digital subject matter expert of all digital and marketing programs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution
• Monitor the progress of e-product and e-services development, and develop online customer journey with enhanced customer experience and satisfaction
• Identify business opportunities for improving competitiveness of online business

Requirements

• University degree in web design, computer science, information system or a related discipline
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Minimum of two years' experience in web content management
• Keen interest in latest mobile and web technologies and trends
• Self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• knowledge of Adobe Marketing Suite is a plus
