Assistant Customer Services Officer (Kowloon, Up to 19k)

Our client is a listed electricity company in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a talented and driven individual to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer disputes
  • To ensure the smooth operation of the events and roadshows by providing on-site support
  • Perform market research and assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements

  • A university Degree / Higher Diploma in Business Administrations, Marketing or related discipline
  • A minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience
  • Result oriented, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, independent, innovative, creative and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in using Excel
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • HK listed Company
