Assistant Customer Service & Logistics Manager (35k)

Job description

My client is global leading industrial manufacturer. Looking to enhance their CS&L function, they are now in search of an Assistant Customer Service & Logistics Manager.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage order fulfillment process from order confirmation, logistics coordination, customer services to invoicing
  • Manage PO confirmation and order status while maintaining accurate update in ERP system
  • Take lead on process improvement and setting up new SOP for special situations / scenarios
  • Communicate with customers to ensure accurate order and stock reservation and on time delivery
  • Prepare logistics and delivery status report and handle emergency
  • Response to customers' inquiry regarding order status in good manners
  • Consolidate reports and analysis on inventory capacity and monitor system updates

To qualify, one must possess

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years of customer services & logistics experience
  • Experience working in industrial manufacturer or chemical industry would be an advantage
  • Proactive, interested in process improvement and capable of setting up new SOP
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
