Assistant CRM Operations Manager

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with diversify teams to implement the events, promotions, and marketing communications for the regional loyalty program and other commercial activity.
  • Manage the day-to-day CRM technology operations including building the CRM automation journey to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven customer segmentation.
  • Resolving issues relating to customer complaints, technical troubleshooting or other operational issues, with different stakeholders (e.g. in-house support team, external vendors, etc.) to get it resolved.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of different CRM initiatives
  • Support the CRM system development project.

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 8 years experiences in CRM operation / Loyalty program / Business Analysis
  • Experiences in CRM operations in Salesforce platform would be an advantage
  • Broad exposure to digital product and marketing disciplines with the ability to communicate and problem solve with key technology stakeholders including external vendors
