Assistant Company Secretary

Job description

Our client is a promising HK listed company with businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Company Secretary in maintaining statutory records and preparing board and shareholder meeting documents
  • Assist in handling full set of company secretarial documents
  • Assist communication with government authorities, financial institutions and external auditors
  • Arrange and maintain corporate records and resolutions
  • Ensure clients are in compliance with the international corporate governance standards and complied with the HK statutory requirements
  • Support in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Corporate Governance studies or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Company Secretarial
  • Qualified professional with HKCGI membership is an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems
