Assistant Category Planner (Luxury Retail | 20 - 22k)

My client is top tier luxury retail brand. Looking to enhance their planning function, they are now in search of an Assistant Category Planner.

Reporting to the Category Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct regular analysis and reporting on both sales and merchandising data
• Monitor sales performance changes, stock level and SKU performance
• Advise manager on category changes, stock plan, merchandising plan to improve sales performance and brand's market ownership
• Support finance team on budgeting forecast and data validation
• Construct merchandising / category forecast by utilizing sales analysis

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 1 year of planning or merchandising experience within the consumer industry
• Experience within luxury, fashion or retail industry would be an advantage
• Strong Excel skills with pivot table and vlookup
• Macros would be an advantage
• Outgoing, proactive and good communication skills
• Good command
