Assistant Brokerage Manager - MNC Insurer

Role and Responsbilities:

• Establish and oversee sales channels within the MCV market.
• Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive new business and strengthen relationships with distribution channels.
• Provide daily operational support to MCV channels, including training on products and procedures, case follow-ups, and facilitating communication between the company and distributors when processes or guidelines change.
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Actively deliver timely and comprehensive assistance to sales channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Commerce;
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and channel management within the life insurance sector
• Strong presentation and sales skills; fluency in Mandarin is essential.
• Professional qualifications in life insurance (e.g., FLMI or equivalent) are preferred.
