Assistant Admin Manager 40k - Local Financial Firm

Job description


  • Handle well-round office administration duties including office supply procurement and facility management.
  • Maintain and update documentation systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Support event organization including internal events and client meetings.
  • Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance and event organization.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks like secretarial support when required.


  • 5 years in general administration and office administration, preferably with property management experience.
  • Outstanding organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good command in Chinese and English.
