Assistant Accountant (WLB, up to HK$26k)

About the company:

Our client is a leading shipping company with business over the globe. To cope with their expansion plan and to strengthen their business, they are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their Finance team.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operational duties - Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Handle data input, voucher preparation, cheque payments, cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliation, staff expenses, and inter-company reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate transactions in the accounting system.
• Track expenses and prepare expense reports.
• Maintain bank account and petty cash
• Assist in office administrative works including filings and couriers arrangements

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines with CPA qualification
• A minimum of 2 years' Accounting experiences within MNC
• Able to work independently and detail-minded, good team leader
• Familiar with Oracle or SAP
• Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

Job Offer:

• 12 months with Discretionary Bonus
• Stable working hours 9am-6pm
• 15 days Annual Leave
• Close to MTR location
