Assistant Accountant

The Company
Our client is a US listed company specialize in producing air-conditioning equipment. They are looking for a contract assistant account to support their account payable function. This role will report to a senior manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for account payable and prepare payment forecasts
• Review and process employee reimbursement
• Prepare monthly FX Hedging
• Prepare bank reconciliations, process intercompany transaction and bookkeeping
• Handle Treasury matters includes bank guarantee issuance and cashflow reconciliation
• Maintain lease records
• Ad hoc duties and filing

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or relevant disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail oriented, with Good communication and organization skills
• Welcome fresh graduate with accounting internship experience
