You will translate strategy into real-world solutions, champion engineering excellence, and guide development teams toward cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architectures.
Job Duties

- Partner with enterprise architects to evolve systems toward a future-ready state while balancing speed, quality, and compliance.
- Run workshops, demos, and training to promote clean code, TDD/BDD, CI/CD, and DevSecOps best practices.
- Code quick prototypes to validate ideas and inspire innovation.
- Work 70% with internal engineers and leaders; 30% with vendors and partners to select and integrate the right tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years in solution or application architecture; 2+ years in insurance strongly preferred.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Strong coding skills in Java, Node.js, or React with a passion for clean, testable, API-first code.

- A growth mindset, love for problem-solving, and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Good to have:
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Exposure to Generative AI, low-code platforms, or data lakehouse patterns
- Experience leading architecture reviews or transformation programs
