Our client is one of the largest global premium consumer goods companies with business worldwide in 100+ countries with headquarters in Europe. It is one of the leading brands globally in the luxury sector with sustainable business growth worldwide. To accelerate their rapid growth in the APAC market, the company is hiring an APAC Omnichannel & Customer Engagement Director.

You will be responsible for overseeing APAC digital performance and promoting a better omnichannel experience in the region. Your responsibilities also include:

  • Manage and oversee the roll-out of all omnichannel services in APAC
  • Maximize stock availability, improve sell throughs and increasing the visibility
  • Work together with the retail operations team to implement a brand new omnichannel selling system
  • Partner with HQ, analyze the digital footprint and its performance in APAC to identify new initiatives to boost engagement
  • Refine and scale up digital and ecommerce platform and operations in APAC to ensure the capture of the market's full potential growth - user experience, payment methods, delivery options and lead times
  • Manage the client database; Drive in-store seasonal client activations & store traffic drivers to support product launches and campaigns

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • University degree and have 10 or more years of experience in Omnichannel/ Customer Engagement/ CRM Management role in Premium goods/ Mass Fashion/ Consumer Goods sector
  • Experience with managing regional omnichannel projects and digital platforms for APAC market in multinational companies
  • Experience in generating and organizing high-level customer analysis
  • Detail oriented with strong project management & organization skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, WeChat and LINE preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English is required
