AP Assistant Accountant (MNC, HKD20k-25k)

About the company:

Our client is a leading advertising firm with business over the globe. They are hiring a Assistant Accountant who is responsible for Accounts Payable function for its Hong Kong office.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounts Payable function and back up for Accounts Receivable
• Review, verify and process vendor invoices, staff claim reimbursements, regional marketing expenditures etc.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation and assist in month-end closing
• Back up Accounts Receivable function
• Ad hoc tasks required by senior management

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• A minimum of 1 year AP working experiences
• Able to work independently and detail-minded
• Good command in English and Cantonese
