Ambition is working closely with a leading Accountancy Practice in Reading to recruit an assistant manager for their Corporate Finance division focusing on M&A, lead advisory. The team focuses on mid-market transactions and is sector agnostic. This is a great opportunity to build a career in Corporate Finance as an assistant manager and that will give you the chance to grow in a fast paced environment. What makes this role stand out is that you will have the chance to have broad experience by learning under one of the partners directly!

As with any job there is a few requirements to ensure you succeed from the moment you find the right company:

• ACA Qualified
• A mix of Audit and Corporate Finance experience
• Communication skills
• Prior demonstrable practise experience
• Team player
• Ability to meet deadlines

As an assistant manager you will be joining a small and exciting team to help you with your role on a day to day basis. You will be working directly with the partner on mid-market deals to gain more deal exposure, this is a massive chance for you to learn and understand your line of work even better by working with someone who is very experienced.
