Our client, a prestigious global insurance company with a strong presence in the APAC region, is expanding its Hong Kong business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead impactful training programs to empower agency leaders, enhance recruitment performance, and drive business growth.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design engaging content, and create innovative training experiences.
• Maintain training excellence by tracking effectiveness, implementing improvements, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Support strategic management initiatives, including training strategy development and resource planning.
• Assist in daily team operations, collaborating with the team head to oversee functions and administrative tasks.
• Guide strategic execution by organizing and directing resources to align training efforts with business objectives.
• Leverage digital solutions to enhance training delivery, particularly in agency manager development programs and special projects.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3 - 5 years' experience in agency training or recruitment in insurance sector
• Applicant will less experience will be consider as assistant manager
• Strong expertise in instructional design, course development, and training evaluation.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and influence stakeholders through strong negotiation skills.
• Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP
