Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead impactful training programs for agency leaders to drive recruitment performance and business growth.
- Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, co-create engaging content, and design innovative training experiences.
- Ensure training excellence by monitoring effectiveness, implementing improvements, and aligning outcomes with stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute strategically to broader management initiatives, including training strategy development and resource planning.
- Support team operations by working closely with the team head to oversee daily functions and administrative tasks.
- Drive strategic execution by assisting in the planning, organization, and direction of resources to align training initiatives with both short- and long-term business objectives.
- Innovate with digital solutions to enhance training delivery and effectiveness, particularly in agency manager development programs and other special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in agency training or recruitment.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, course development, and training evaluation.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and influence stakeholders through strong negotiation skills.
