Agency Recruitment Officer

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating assessments.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach through phone calls, social media platforms, job boards, and networking channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Support the execution of recruitment campaigns, career seminars, roadshows, and university outreach programs.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, interview schedules, recruitment trackers, and related documentation to ensure accurate and organized records.
  • Prepare recruitment materials such as job postings, marketing content, interview guides, and event collateral.
  • Assist in onboarding tasks for new joiners, including documentation preparation, regulatory registration coordination, and orientation support.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and agency leaders to understand manpower needs and provide timely recruitment updates.
  • Conduct basic market research on competitor hiring trends and talent sourcing channels to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Support ad hoc HR and recruitment projects as assigned.
