Administrative Assistant (Up to 22k, Central)

Job description

  • Administrative and clerical support to office
  • Min 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception and administration services in daily operations.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties for logistic arrangement
  • Handle general office administration such as office equipment and facilities maintenance, and office operation
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently, detail-minded, well organized, self-motivated and under pressure
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
