Administrative Assistant, Part-time, up to 130 per hour

Job description

Job Description:

  • General tidiness and maintenance of office
  • Work with building management for building entry permits, building repairs, etc.
  • Organizing internal/external events
  • Organize repairs and replacement of worn out or broken items around the office.
  • Meet & Greet guests
  • Prepare materials and documents for signature
  • Ordering couriers and distribution of post
  • Maintaining floor plan
  • Meeting Room calendar management
  • Weekly grocery shopping
  • Stationery - ordering and maintaining supplies

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in admin/office management role
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Team player, self-starter, professional and organized
  • MS Office - intermediate level
  • Experience in the finance industry a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • In office 5 days a week (Approx 30 hours per week - 8am-2pm)
