Administration Officer (Central, up to 22k)

Job Descriptions
* Be responsible for administering full range of general office services which include, office furniture and equipment maintenance, vendor management, stationery supplies, courier and office cleanliness.
* Work closely with the finance department to monitor payment progress, prepare contracts and issue invoices as required.
* Good relationship with internal/external staffs for stable operation and workflow.
* Manage new and renewing member onboarding services such as welcome letters, new member mixers and database updates

Required skills
* A bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
* Successful time administration abilities, to guarantee all perspectives of the part are satisfied and inside fitting timeframes.
* Consideration to detail is vital with a sense of activity and problem-solving aptitudes basic.
* Great organizational abilities, capacity to multi-task and willing to learn.
* Proactive state of mind with capacity to drive ventures to effective completion.
* Recognition with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
