Job description


    • Purchasing office supplies, pantry groceries, office equipment, and electrical appliances
    • Managing mailing orders and courier services
    • Managing telephone, data line, and broadband line applications and installations for the boutique
    • Overseeing printing of company letterheads, name cards, and invoices
    • Providing relief receptionist duty during lunchtime
    • Supervising office cleaning, aircon/carpet/sump pump/water dispenser cleaning, and pest control
    • Experience in office facilities maintenance and minor office renovation tasks


    • Degree holder with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
    • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage service providers, suppliers, designers, contractors, etc.
    • Proficient in written and spoken English
    • Immediate availability is advantageous.
