- Purchasing office supplies, pantry groceries, office equipment, and electrical appliances
- Managing mailing orders and courier services
- Managing telephone, data line, and broadband line applications and installations for the boutique
- Overseeing printing of company letterheads, name cards, and invoices
- Providing relief receptionist duty during lunchtime
- Supervising office cleaning, aircon/carpet/sump pump/water dispenser cleaning, and pest control
- Experience in office facilities maintenance and minor office renovation tasks
- Degree holder with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage service providers, suppliers, designers, contractors, etc.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Immediate availability is advantageous.
