Job description

Job Duties

  • Arrange courier services and manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain office facilities and ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace
  • Procure office supplies and manage inventory of essential stock
  • Monitor and support recycling initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate issuance of business cards, professional photo sessions, and laptop setup
  • Organize team-building activities such as birthday parties and annual dinners
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
