Accounts Payable Team Lead

The Company

Our client is a well-established company with a fast-growing finance team in HK. The company has strong presence within Asia. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a high calibre team manager to join them and look after their procure to pay cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Leading a team of junior P2P staff to handle regional payments processing for APAC
• Review and enhance the efficiency of AP workflow, improve workflow performance
• Maintain and develop systems for internal control policies, and enhance internal control efficiencies
• Prepare performance reports for global headquarters and build a team in Hong Kong
• Prepare reports for payment accruals for month-end closing
• Ad hoc regional projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
• At least 8 years working experiences in accounting, with strong accounts payable experience
• Experience in managing, developing a team
• Process driven, with excellent knowledge on workflow enhancement
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
