Accountant (up to 40K)

The Company

Our client is a leading real estate developer focusing on developing residential, commercial and integrated property projects in PRC and Singapore. They have been listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange. They are looking for Accountant to join our Finance Team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing monthly and quarterly reports for subsidiaries located in Hong Kong, Singapore, and PRC
  • Assisting group consolidation, announcement Singapore Stock Exchange,
  • Preparing annual report
  • Liaise with external auditors for annual audit process
  • Assisting in annual budgeting and cash flow forecast process
  • Handling ad-hoc projects assigned by company

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting or relative disciplines
  • Qualified member in professional accounting bodies
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in both auditing and accounting
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
