Accountant, Financial Services, 25-35k

Our Client is one of the well recognized Financial Services and is now looking for an Accountant to join their Accounting Team

Responsibilities:

• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Be responsible to support the general accounting matters, such as daily accounting transactions, issuance of invoices, vouchers, full set of accounts, and preparation of bank reconciliation; handling accounts payable
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries
• Verifying employees' expense reports
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Maintains historical records by scanning invoices and filing documents
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP or relevant system is an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Good at data analysis and PC skills including Microsoft Excel
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, hardworking and reliable
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-initiated, willing to learn and able to meet deadlines under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferable
