Account Payable (PE Fund)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the travel and expense reimbursement process, including the review and approval of employee submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable and travel expenses.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Provide support during audits and assist in implementing process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 Years experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
