Account Manager (POSM, POP, Printing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of client projects, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution
• Collaborate with the creative, production, and project management teams to deliver exceptional results for clients
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the POSM, POP, printing, and packaging industries, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to ensure the successful execution of complex POSM, POP, printing, and packaging projects
• Gather and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an account management or client service role within the creative production, POSM, POP, printing, or packaging industries
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted POSM, POP, printing, and packaging projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in the POSM, POP, printing, and packaging sectors
