- Ensure delivery of superior service to each account by offering individual support to users,including but is not limited to, offering details about databases,
- Ensure all client account information is updated in relevant CRM systems, on a real-time basis.
- Provide personalized training for the new and existing users.
- Continually identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and proactively work to ensure opportunities are captured sufficiently to achieve set monthly, quarterly or annual targets
- Conduct detailed, weekly pipeline/renewal reviews with the Regional Sales Director
- Responsible for consistently and completely entering and updating all opportunities or renewal activity in the ISI CRM system in a timely manner.
- Serve as a conduit between users and CEIC/EMIS Product teams to continually deliver product requirement or enhancement requests and to follow those requests through the implementation process.
- Complete monthly sales/renewals forecasts at an accuracy level specified by the RSD.
- Maintain an active relationship with the Marketing team to ensure clients and users are informed of product changes and enhancements and to keep internal teams abreast of changing market or competitor activity.
- Attend events, as necessary, interacting with clients and prospects, collecting contact
- Occasional travel is needed
- Report directly to Head of Account Manager, Hong Kong & Taiwan based in Hong Kong.
- Degree in Finance, Economics or related business disciplines
- 2+ years in direct sales or account management experience in financial or related industries. Prior experience with client servicing in the investment field will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
- Experience in using Salesforce is a plus
- Feasible for business trip
