Arthur started his career in Rolls-Royce Plc where he worked in various line finance roles, and became Finance Business Partner for Procurement and Logistics in 2006. In 2007, Arthur joined PwC Consulting London Office as a management consultant, where he worked on several large, complex finance transformation programmes for Fortune 500 clients in UK, Europe and US.
He joined BT in December 2009 as Cost Transformation Consultant in Group Finance. Over the last 5 years, Arthur has initiated and managed several transformation programmes. From 2013 to 2016, Arthur worked as Vice President of Cost Transformation for BT Global Services responsible for the formulation and execution of the cost transformation strategy, which delivered over £1.2bn savings.
Arthur holds a BSc in Management Sciences from Warwick University, an MSc on Information Systems from London School of Economics, University of London and an EMBA from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He qualified as a management accountant (ACMA) in 2006.
