Test Lead - Banking - Hong Kong

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • You will define UAT plan, test cases and prepare testing data
  • You will manage end-to-end UAT execution and clarify with business user on test requirements and scoping
  • You will triage issues during testing execution and engage business users for UAT sign-off
  • You will document testing result and generate testing progress report for management
  • You will provide advice and guidance to colleagues throughout testing and QA processes
  • You will review and analyze software requirements

Requirements:

  • Core Banking experience is a must
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in UAT/Testing
  • Solid project management, people management, influencing and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
