Technical Service Manager - Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of team budget
• Ensure the Virtual Machine, Wintel Infrastructure performance and develop recommendations for connections or improvements
• Propose Virtual Machine, Wintel Infrastructure standard and utilities to be adopted
• Manage Virtual Machine, Wintel Infrastructure administration functions
• Perform Virtual Machine, Wintel Infrastructure system administration functions
• Participate in Virtual Machine, Wintel Infrastructure system configuration design review

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experiences in Wintel Server / Infrastructure management
• Solid experiences in Virtualization infrastructure including VMWare, Sangfor, Hyper-V
• Solid experiences in Wintel based infrastructure like Axway Managed File Transfer, RemoteApp, Control-M, RightFax, Active Directory, etc
• Sound knowledge on Cloud based technologies like Amazon, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, O365
• Sound knowledge on various infrastructure components, such as Linux, Unix, AIX, Network, Firewall
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation & negotiation
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
