Technical Business Analyst (55k) - APAC

• Partner with business users across APAC to understand regional requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet local market needs and timelines.
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, producing clear and detailed specifications to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Create and maintain business process flows, use cases, and screen mockups to effectively communicate requirements to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including IT, product, and architecture-to perform gap analyses between business needs and system capabilities, particularly in API and integration contexts.
• Coordinate with regional teams and technical counterparts to clarify specifications, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across markets.
• Support solution delivery and implementation, including vendor coordination and project tracking across APAC.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure consistent documentation of business processes and proposed changes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, e-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or product management roles.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to support regional collaboration.
• Proven experience working with e-Commerce, mobile platforms, multi-channel systems, and digital integrations.
• Familiarity with system integration and APIs is essential.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft SQL, Confluence, JIRA, and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under pressure.
