Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review posts and comments across social platforms daily.
  • Respond to user inquiries and engage with community members promptly.
  • Identify and escalate issues or complaints when necessary.
  • Share relevant and engaging content aligned with trending topics and audience interests.
  • Prepare monthly reports and newsletters summarizing community activity and insights.
  • Develop creative campaigns and interactive activities to boost engagement.
  • Work occasional weekends or public holidays based on business needs.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats (Cantonese, Chinese-simplified & traditional-and English).
  • Familiarity with social media trends, popular culture, and a creative mindset.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in social media management or content creation is an advantage.
