Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and moderate posts and comments to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
  • Respond to customer interactions and address basic, non-authenticated inquiries.
  • Publish engaging content on banking-related topics that resonate with the community.
  • Prepare a monthly newsletter featuring highlights and member activity insights.
  • Design and implement interactive campaigns to boost member engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Holds a university degree.
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese (both simplified and traditional), as well as English.
  • Strong grasp of social media trends and pop culture, with a witty and engaging communication style.
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in banking or managing social media content is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays as needed.
