Senior UIUX designer - MNC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design across digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless and engaging customer journeys.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
• Translate business and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with user needs.
• Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design across all projects.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously optimize digital experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy and execution.
• Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, usability principles, and interaction design.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
