Senior UAT Tester, 30-38k

Your New Role:

• As the senior tester in the team, you'll collaborate with team leads, business analysts, and end users to understand and refine User Requirements (URS).
• You''ll conduct walkthroughs with system analysts and IT teams to clarify Functional Requirements (FRS).
• Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive test scopes, scenarios, and test cases.
• Prepare and manage test data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute test cases in the UAT environment and ensure thorough validation.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with end users as needed.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and communicate findings effectively with IT teams.
• Document and track defects, providing actionable feedback to improve system quality.
• Perform post-implementation health checks to ensure system stability.
• Support the Team Manager with ad hoc tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of UAT or QA experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with test management tools and documentation.
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese) speaking is a must.
