(Senior) Project Manager - Digital (APAC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage regional projects from planning to execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on goals and ensure smooth implementation
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and user stories
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality delivery
• Support the development and rollout of a regional client care service catalog
• Facilitate communication between markets, digital, and business teams
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation
