Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst

Senior Project Managers (65-80K) and Senior Business Analyst (45-65K), 6-12 months extendable contract

Immediately available/ can join in short notice candidates will be highly preferred.

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of small to large-scale IT projects.
• Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalents to manage project progress, track deliverables, and collaborate with teams.
• Engage with stakeholders across business, legal,compliance and technology functions to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between product owners, DevOps, QA, and business teams.
• Deliver clear and timely communication, including executive reporting, status updates, and project documentation.
• Mentor junior PMs or Scrum Masters and promote a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  
  
• Ability to adapt delivery approach based on project complexity, stakeholder needs, and organizational maturity.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• MarTech/ Live Chat experience will be preferred
