Senior Operation Manager, up to 70K, banking

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily settlement operations, including deal confirmation, validation and payment on Global Markets products, such as bond, interest rate derivatives and equity derivatives.
• Support the transition of trades from IBOR to RFR
• Execute active transitions using bulk tooling or manual
• Produce execution reports for downstream consumers
• Manage queries from FO
• Manage queries from downstream functions
• Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirement
• Participate in the development, testing and implementation of relevant investment product launch and system enhancements

Job Requirement:

• 5-8 years of experience in banking operation & middle office
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Communication and team management skills
• Fluent in Cantonese is a must
