Senior Data Reporting and Analytics Analyst (3-5 years)

Key Responsibilities

· Designs and develops insightful, actionable, self-service Power BI dashboards and reports for senior management and operational teams.

· Interacts with users to understand business and data requirements, and iteratively designs report prototypes for user feedback.

· Upholds data integrity, accuracy, as well as the single source of truth of the data in any representation.

· Creates data structures or models to help visualizing the data, storytelling and facilitate decision making.

· Continuously optimizes and improves data models and reports to provide the best performance.

· Publishes and maintains content on the Power BI Service and continuously supports end users.

· Partners with IT / BI team to share and apply best practices in analytics and information protection.

· Provides training to internal stakeholders on the daily use of Power BI.

Competencies

· Hands-on experience in using Power BI is required

· Good command of DAX preferred

· Understanding of ETL required

· SQL experience is required

· Good command of dimensional modelling preferred

· Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and analytical skills

· Experience in the FMCG or luxury retail industry is an advantage
