Senior Business Analyst (Gen AI), Insurance, 55k

Our client is a leading life insurance company. They are currently seeking a senior BA to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative digital solutions.

Job Duties:

• Serve as the digital product owner and business analyst, managing end-to-end project activities related to AI, Generative AI, LLM, and reporting products to improve agency efficiency.
• Support stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and feedback.
• Monitor and assess the performance of AI models and solutions, working with IT teams and internal/external partners to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Maintain an innovative mindset by conducting market research and staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices in AI and data/knowledge management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or a STEM-related field.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proven success in managing large, complex change projects within banking or insurance environments, particularly those involving digital and cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their business objectives and key outcomes.
• Skilled in driving project delivery and managing diverse teams across various workstreams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
