Senior Business Analyst - CRM

Job description

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with regional business stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
* Support CRM platform enhancements, integrations, and rollouts (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or other platforms).
* Work closely with IT, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure CRM solutions meet business objectives.
* Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and data flow documentation.
* Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
* Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.


Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst, preferably in CRM or digital transformation projects.
* Experience working with luxury retail or retail clients is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regional teams.
* Fluent in English; additional APAC languages a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred
* Experience in APAC markets and understanding of regional customer engagement strategies.
* Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance in APAC.
* Agile project experience or certification is a plus.
