Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis for digital initiatives, especially mobile app and backend systems.
• Collaborate with internal digital agency team to define and document business requirements.
• Work closely with UI/UX, Product Owners, and developers to ensure alignment of business goals.
• Liaise with mainland China vendors; ensure clear communication and project coordination.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support testing and validation of new features and system enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high-quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of total working experience, with at least 5 years in insurance.
• Strong background in insurance domain is mandatory.
• Experience in digital projects, especially mobile apps, is required.
• Prior experience in agency or internal digital teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
